SEO simply means Search Engine Optimization and it is like trying to let everyone know you online through different means like website, social media and others means, so now it is like you for example; you own a business called fashionbiz and you sell fashion things like clothes, bags, shoes but nobody knows you yet and you want people to be able to know your business online when the search for things related to your business or what you are selling. That is where SEO comes to help you get that visibility.

So now you will be asking how can you get that visibility or rank your business higher on google and social media searches, and that is what I will be helping you out on today. This is how search engines rank websites and social media, using the earlier example that you have a business where you sell fashion things with your business name as fashionbiz. First you will start by trying to open a social media account like on Facebook, TikTok, twitter or even try getting a website with your business name. Add after you are done creating the account, you will then have to add a profile picture of like what you are selling and a bio that describes about your business. And after you are done with the picture and bio you will now start posting (pictures, videos) with a text or caption including your business name, words related to your business which is known as keywords so that when someone searches a word that is included in your text, they may be able to find you. What search engines now does is that after you are done setting up the accounts and adding your post with text, they will go through everything you have done especially on your topic and the keywords so as to understand what your business is about. And after search engines are able to know about your business using the details and keywords on your account, they will now start showing it to people looking or searching for what is related to your business. So that is how search engines work.

You now know what is SEO, how it works and how search engines rank website, so now I will be talking of a way to make SEO easy for you as a beginner so that when you start your business or brand, you will be able to get rank on google and social media. I love the tool because it is easy and simple that a beginner can do nice SEO with it, although they still have Yoast Seo Plugin for WordPress website but this one now is simple because you don’t have to login or need a very high computer for it, even on your phone too it can still work. So once you have open the tool on your device then you can go ahead and input text that you want to upload on your social media or website and select the keyword you want to rank for and it will give you analysis of the result and what to improve on, but note that when you are writing a text that you want to upload just try to include many keywords that is related to your business. TIPS FOR USING YOAST SEO TO IMPROVE YOUR WEBSITE AND BUSINESS

This is what I do when using Yoast SEO which always comes out with good result and that is the same tips I want to give to you now too so as to get best result as you use the Yoast SEO Analyzer. My first tip for you is that try to use Yoast Traffic Light system which is like circle in shape which the color changes from red to yellow or green, once you insert your text and keywords and the circle show green color that means you have some SEO. Second now is that you should focus on keyword in every of your post and let Yoast guide you on where to place it around your title & paragraph. Then try to add ALT text to your image so as to still carry your keyword. With these little tips that I have given to you now, it will help you even if you are just a beginner.

I want you to know that even if you are using SEO, don’t just expect it to just go on the first page once because it is a gradual process and as you work and practice SEO, you will see improvements which will give you long term result.
